zevOS

Your brand everywhere a driver or partner looks

zevOS is the engine, not the badge on the bonnet. Every surface a driver, a site partner or your own staff touches carries your identity — and the money lands in your merchant account, under your descriptor.

Surfaces

Six places your brand has to be, and is

Charging is a low-attention purchase. The driver’s memory of who supplied it is formed almost entirely by these surfaces.

01

The QR charging flow

The page a driver lands on from the sticker: your logo, your colours, your tariff, your support number. The single most-seen surface in your business.

02

Driver apps

Android and iOS apps published under your name, with your icon, your wallet and your charging history.

03

Receipts and invoices

Tax documents carrying your entity, your GSTIN and your invoice series — not a platform intermediary’s.

04

The partner portal

Where your site hosts check their uptime and earnings. They should be looking at your product, not at your vendor’s.

05

Notifications and email

Session receipts, payment confirmations and partner statements sent from your domain.

06

Roaming presence

Locations published to roaming partners under your operator identity, so your network is your network in every app it appears in.

Ownership

White-label is a commercial position, not a colour picker

Plenty of platforms will put your logo on their product while keeping the merchant account, the driver relationship and the data. The test is not whose colours appear — it is who owns the customer when the contract ends.

  • Your merchant account collects driver payments; your descriptor appears on their statement.
  • Your GSTIN and invoice series appear on tax documents.
  • Your data is exportable in full, through the console and the API, at any time.
  • Your drivers are your drivers — zevOS does not market to them.

What it takes

What we need from you to brand it

Less than most people expect. Most operators are branded end to end within a week of providing these.

Brand assets

A logo in vector form, a primary colour, and a secondary if you have one. If you have a brand guideline, we will follow it.

A domain or subdomain

For the charging page and the partner portal. We handle the certificate.

Your merchant account

Gateway credentials for your own account, so collections land with you and the descriptor on driver statements is yours.

Entity and tax details

Legal name, GSTIN, registered address and invoice series, so the tax documents are correct from the first session.

App store accounts

Only if you want native apps published under your own developer account, which most operators do.

A support contact

The number and email that appear to drivers on the charging page and receipts.

See your own brand on it

Send us a logo before the walkthrough and we will show you the driver flow and the partner portal in your colours rather than ours.
