Site load sharing spreads available capacity across active sessions and returns it as vehicles finish. An overnight window is long enough that residents rarely notice the sharing at all.

Can residents be billed along with maintenance dues?
Yes. Resident sessions accumulate into a monthly statement per flat, exportable in a form your society accounting software can take, rather than charging a card after every session.
Can a resident use their own charger in their own bay?
Yes — a private charger can be assigned to a resident so only they can start a session on it, while still being metered and billed through the same shared connection.
What if a resident does not want to install an app?
An RFID tag is enough. It authorises the session, attributes it to the flat, and appears on the monthly statement exactly as an app session would.
