Energy, utilisation and revenue — down to the connector

Charging networks are won and lost on utilisation. zevOS keeps the session-level record that lets you see which sites earn, which connectors idle, and which hours you are giving away — then export the same numbers your accountant and your board want.

Capabilities

What this gives you

01

The metrics that move the business

Energy delivered, session count, average session size and duration, utilisation by hour of day, revenue and effective realisation per kWh, downtime and failed-session rate.

  • Compare sites, connectors, tariffs or time periods side by side
  • Hour-of-day and day-of-week heat maps for siting decisions
  • Failed and zero-energy sessions surfaced rather than hidden
02

Session-level truth

Every session stores its meter start and stop, energy, duration, tariff snapshot and the payment against it. Aggregates are always traceable back to the rows that produced them.

03

Exports and scheduled reports

Download any view as CSV, or schedule a recurring report to your finance inbox. Partner-scoped reports contain only that partner’s sites.

04

Driver and fleet behaviour

Repeat-visit rate, session mix between AC and DC, and top-driver and top-fleet consumption — the inputs to a loyalty or corporate-account decision.

Questions

What operators ask about this

Can I get the raw data out?

Yes — through CSV export and through the API. Sessions, meter values, payments and settlements are all retrievable programmatically so you can load them into your own warehouse.

Why does a session show energy but no revenue?

Usually a free or promotional tariff, an internal RFID session, or a payment that failed after the session completed. All three are distinguishable in the session record.
