What operators ask about this
Do drivers have to create an account?
They authenticate with a phone number and OTP, which is enough to attach payments and receipts to them. There is no lengthy signup before charging.
What if a driver’s phone dies mid-session?
The session continues and completes normally. The receipt is available when they log in again, and stopping is also possible at the charger itself.
