Tax invoices that survive an audit

Charging revenue is taxable supply, and the businesses that charge with you will want an invoice they can claim credit on. zevOS raises compliant documents automatically from the session record, so the tax position is a by-product of operating rather than a month-end scramble.

Capabilities

What this gives you

01

Driver receipts and B2B invoices

A retail driver gets a receipt with the tax shown; a fleet or corporate account with a registered GSTIN gets a tax invoice carrying their number, so they can claim input credit.

  • GSTIN captured against fleet and corporate accounts
  • Place of supply determined from the charging location
  • CGST/SGST or IGST split applied accordingly
02

Correct classification

HSN/SAC codes and rates configured per tenant and applied consistently across sessions, subscriptions and platform fees.

03

Sequential, immutable numbering

Invoice series are sequential and gapless per financial year. Corrections are credit notes, never edits — which is exactly what an auditor expects to see.

04

Partner and platform invoices

Settlement statements are accompanied by the corresponding tax documents between operator, partner and platform, so all three books agree.

Questions

What operators ask about this

Can invoices be emailed automatically?

Yes — session receipts to the driver, and periodic invoices to fleet and partner accounts on their billing cycle.

What about e-invoicing / IRN?

Invoice data is produced in a structure suited to IRN generation, and the integration is on the roadmap; today the documents are raised and numbered on the platform.
