About the role
This role is the feedback loop between charging hardware in the field and the platform that manages it. You will commission new sites, run remote triage before dispatches, and be the person who knows why a particular model behaves differently in July.
Responsibilities
What you would be doing
- Commission chargers against the site checklist — electrical, network, protocol, functional and commercial
- Run first-line remote triage and decide when a dispatch is genuinely warranted
- Maintain firmware baselines and configuration standards across vendors
- Feed recurring failure patterns back to engineering as concrete requirements
Requirements
What we are looking for
- Hands-on experience with EV charging hardware or comparable field equipment
- Comfort reading logs and protocol traces, not just replacing parts
- Willingness to travel across sites in North India
